Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, utilizing a variety of diagnostic tools and therapeutic techniques to determine individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Facilitate engaging counseling sessions, offering individual therapy, family therapy, and group counseling, depending on your expertise and areas of interest.

• Administer mental health screenings to evaluate client needs, develop therapeutic goals, and monitor client progress throughout the treatment process.

• Participate in continuous professional development through team meetings, training sessions, and collaborative case reviews, fostering an environment of learning and growth.

• Document all clinical interactions accurately in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards while ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

• Assist in the development of workshops and community programs aimed at enhancing mental health awareness and providing support to individuals and families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will predominantly work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a spectrum of mental and behavioral health challenges. Your focus will include serving clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, co-occurring disorders, and other mental health issues. You will be crucial in developing strategies that promote healing and resilience within the client’s life, as well as improving familial relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• You must hold a current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Solid understanding of therapeutic modalities and treatment strategies suitable for individuals, couples, and families.

Preferred Experience\n
