Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status and identify treatment needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) that comply with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Center Health Line, you will work with a diverse client population dealing with a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. It is critical for our counselors to deliver care that is sensitive to cultural differences and responsive to individual client needs, ensuring that all clients feel understood and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in a clinical setting providing therapeutic services.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment approaches, and the latest evidence-based practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with a diverse clientele.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and familiarity with teletherapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this Licensed Mental Health Counselor position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
