You will be provided with the necessary tools and technology, including access to electronic health record (EHR) systems, to perform assessments, document sessions, and collaborate with colleagues seamlessly. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and identify their unique treatment needs.

• Develop individualized, evidence-based therapeutic plans that address specific issues including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.

• Maintain regular therapy sessions, both individually and in group settings, providing clients with coping techniques, resources, and feedback.

• Actively monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed and providing referrals to other healthcare professionals such as psychiatrists for medication management.

• Document all client interactions in compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations, utilizing EHR systems effectively.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions to foster a collaborative clinical environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

• A minimum of four years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, demonstrating a deep understanding of mental health disorders.
