Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying areas requiring intervention and crafting tailored treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic approaches aligned with client needs.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set measurable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly to enhance outcomes.

• Facilitate teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual consultations, ensuring accessibility for all individuals regardless of geographical or logistical barriers.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation, adhering to ethical standards and compliance with regulatory guidelines while ensuring client confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
