Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and strategies.

• Engage in meaningful therapeutic sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, to address a wide range of mental health issues.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring to document all sessions meticulously within our secure electronic health record system.

• Assist clients in navigating complex challenges including, but not limited to, trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship issues.

• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and emergent issues within the mental health field.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions and the resources available to them.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population representing various ages, cultural backgrounds, and socio-economic statuses. Our clients may face unique challenges, including anxiety disorders, relationship difficulties, trauma histories, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing counseling services, demonstrating a strong therapeutic foundation and understanding of mental health issues.
