Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to accurately assess clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy in individual, family, and group therapy settings.

• Facilitate psychoeducational support groups aimed at fostering a sense of community and shared understanding among clients facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for patients, promoting continuity and coherence in treatment.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients in distress as needed, ensuring safety and support during mental health emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• A valid and current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
