Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to create comprehensive and individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to facilitate personal growth and emotional healing.

• Set specific therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, maintaining a focus on measurable outcomes and celebrating progress at regular intervals.

• Provide virtual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility for clients facing mobility or scheduling challenges.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation in line with ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.

• Participate in regular team meetings aimed at discussing case management, client care strategies, and continued professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; however, a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is strongly preferred.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude to support client journeys.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, essential for managing a caseload effectively and efficiently.
