Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing evidence-based methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records to adhere to legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 60,000 to 90,000, contingent on experience and skill set. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as malpractice insurance coverage. In addition, our LPCs will benefit from an abundance of client referrals and assistance with billing and documentation, allowing you to focus entirely on client care.
