Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct direct individual and group therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address mood disorders.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes adhering to agency and licensing standards.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists and other medical professionals, to review and develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients.

• Participate in regular meetings to discuss patient progress, share insights, and facilitate interdisciplinary communication, ultimately enhancing recovery and discharge outcomes.

• Contribute to the ongoing development of on-unit programs through training sessions and workshops, enriching the overall therapeutic environment.

• Perform additional duties as assigned, typically accounting for 5% – 10% of your role, to support organizational goals and patient care initiatives.

This position primarily serves individuals experiencing various mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. You will work with a diverse client base, requiring sensitivity and adaptability in addressing the unique challenges each individual faces. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a master's or doctorate degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
