Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and identify tailored treatment methods.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to aid patients in their recovery journeys.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions designed to help clients process trauma, develop effective coping strategies, and foster emotional healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to deliver integrated care for holistic patient support.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring safety and emotional relief.

• Educate patients and their families about the impacts of trauma, coping mechanisms, and available mental health resources.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of patient interactions and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

High Focus Counseling, LLC offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
