Work Environment\n

The position is full-time and entirely remote, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own space. While maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs, you will primarily work weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This flexibility enables you to balance your professional responsibilities with personal commitments. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, enhancing a cohesive approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient’s trauma history and treatment requirements.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize the unique recovery paths of trauma survivors.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients in processing their trauma and learning effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to create an integrated care plan that aligns with best practices in trauma care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services to support patients during moments of acute distress or emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, community resources, and the therapeutic process.

Your primary focus will be on working with individuals who have experienced trauma, including survivors of abuse, neglect, and significant loss. You will address various mental health conditions tied to trauma, such as PTSD and complex trauma. Each patient's journey will present unique challenges, and your role will be pivotal in guiding and supporting them through their recovery process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience, demonstrating your capability in the mental health field.

• Comprehensive knowledge of trauma-related disorders, trauma-informed care modalities, and resilience-building approaches.

• Experience in applying trauma-focused therapies and interventions effectively with diverse client needs.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a compassionate, non-judgmental approach.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and related computer applications essential for documentation and patient management.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
