This role operates in a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing therapists to engage with patients from the comfort of their own homes or preferred environments. Flexibility is key, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, along with some potential variations to meet the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that adhere to trauma-informed principles to evaluate patients' histories and needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that focus on promoting recovery, resilience, and long-term coping strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate effective healing.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a supportive space for discussion and healing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, to ensure every patient receives comprehensive and integrated care.

• Provide crisis intervention for patients encountering acute trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in professional development, training, and case consultations to continually enhance your skills and knowledge in trauma care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is required.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a compassionate and understanding demeanor.
