Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to provide therapy from your home environment while maintaining a strong connection with our outpatient office team. Employees will typically follow a schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility needed to accommodate the varying needs of patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to gain insight into clients' trauma histories and to formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Develop and execute individualized therapy plans aimed at facilitating healing, resilience, and coping strategies specific to each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to engage clients effectively in their recovery journey.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to provide clients with coping mechanisms, emotional processing, and community support.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and allied health professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to client care.

• Deliver crisis intervention as necessary, assisting clients during acute trauma-related events and guiding them to appropriate resources.

• Educate clients and their families about the impacts of trauma and the nature of recovery, providing them with essential tools and support.

• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and adhere to all ethical guidelines while documenting patient interactions and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals who have been affected by various forms of trauma. This may include victims of abuse, those experiencing PTSD, and individuals struggling with complex trauma and dissociative disorders. Your expertise will help guide these clients through their healing process, and you will be instrumental in fostering their ability to cope with and overcome their experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, showcasing your capability to work with trauma-related cases.

• A strong foundational knowledge of trauma-related disorders, treatment modalities, and resilience-building practices is essential.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
