Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while maintaining a regular workweek from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You will collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that each patient receives holistic and integrated care tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to understand patients' issues related to trauma, developing individualized treatment plans that address their specific mental and emotional needs.

• Diagnose mental health conditions using established clinical protocols and determine appropriate intervention strategies.

• Stay updated with the latest counseling practices and maintain your National Certified Counselor certification through continuing education.
