Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to gauge patients' trauma histories and formulate effective treatment strategies.

• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans designed to facilitate trauma recovery and enhance coping mechanisms.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma and rebuild resilience.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Providing crisis intervention support for patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

• Educating patients and families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available resources.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
