Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients’ mental health needs, identifying key challenges and strengths.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that integrate various therapeutic techniques while focusing on trauma recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to support patients effectively.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress consistently, ready to modify treatment strategies based on their evolving needs.

• Engage in direct communication with patients to offer supportive counseling and listen empathetically to their concerns.

• Educate and empower patients by providing them with tools and resources necessary for achieving their personal mental health goals.

• Coordinate care and collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, and outreach programs to ensure comprehensive support services for patients.

• Participate in professional development through continuing education to maintain National Certified Counselor certification and to stay abreast of the latest industry practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
