Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that focus on trauma backgrounds, enabling the identification of appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), for treating trauma-related disorders.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that encourage trauma processing, resilience-building, and the development of effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and other mental health providers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Provide crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies, utilizing compassionate and effective strategies to ease client distress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and state-valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred.
