Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and determine effective treatment plans that align with their recovery goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), during therapy sessions.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and support for each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with trauma survivors, including individuals diagnosed with PTSD, complex trauma, and related disorders. Our patients often come from diverse backgrounds and may face various challenges in their recovery journeys. Your expertise will help them process their experiences and build resilience through effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, obtained from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or psychologist.

• A strong foundation in trauma-related disorders and treatment modalities, complemented by excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to care.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and the ability to adapt to new technology for effective patient communication and documentation.

• Capacity to remain calm and focused during high-stress situations, providing steady support to patients in distress.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
