Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor with Kindred, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, identifying strengths and areas for improvement to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy utilizing evidence-based techniques, addressing clients' needs through modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Engage clients in the therapeutic process by collaboratively setting achievable goals and regularly monitoring their progress, ensuring that treatment remains aligned with their evolving needs.

• Offer teletherapy options to clients seeking virtual sessions, enabling access to services for individuals facing geographical or physical barriers.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to comply with ethical and regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health records systems to ensure every detail of the client's journey is captured effectively.

• Dedicate time for ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to refine clinical skills and stay informed about the latest industry practices and theories.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
