Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, considering each patient’s unique medical background and its impact on their mental well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population, including those with co-occurring medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, substance use disorders, and chronic pain. Your ability to understand and address the complex interactions between these conditions will be vital in promoting comprehensive healing and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated expertise in working with individuals facing mental health challenges in conjunction with medical issues.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport and fostering therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
