Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, providing you with the flexibility to balance work and personal life while still engaging with our vibrant team. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility to accommodate our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand patients' backgrounds and needs, facilitating the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Washington.

• A robust understanding of mental health disorders and the application of evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy within culturally diverse settings.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, with an ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism and calm.
