Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and assessment interviews to evaluate clients' mental health needs.

• Regularly monitor and assess client progress by synthesizing bio-psychosocial information gathered from clients, families, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Utilize current practices and knowledge in chemical dependency therapies to design effective treatment plans tailored to each client.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with Washington State laws and therapeutic best practices.

Qualifications\n
