Work Environment\n

This remote position allows for flexibility while maintaining the structure of a typical office environment. You will work from home but remain an integral part of our outpatient team, collaborating with colleagues in a variety of disciplines. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some flexibility may be required to accommodate patient needs. This role emphasizes balance, well-being, and a strong support system for both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans, integrating various therapeutic modalities.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate individual and group counseling sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups addressing common concerns such as anxiety management and coping strategies, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring prompt and effective assistance for patients in distress.

• Educate patients on their mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards in documentation practices.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Raze Care, you will be working with a diverse patient population facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, reflecting experience and qualifications.
