Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily responsibilities as a Mental Health Counselor will include tasks such as:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients who present with a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Your skills in cultural competency will be vital as you engage with clients from different backgrounds, ensuring that their unique cultural perspectives and experiences are integrated into their treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the state of California.
\n
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• A profound understanding of mental health disorders and demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build meaningful rapport with clients and encourage open communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n
