Although you will primarily work from home, you will engage regularly in team meetings and case discussions to enhance your practice and share insights with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to understand and monitor client needs and progress.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's mental health challenges, incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, applying culturally responsive techniques that foster healing and growth.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to ensure clients have adequate access to therapy, particularly those who may face barriers to traditional in-person visits.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Maintain clear, accurate documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in regular supervision and training sessions to stay updated on emerging practices and to support professional development.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, assisting clients in high-stress situations to manage immediate concerns effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working in mental health settings.
\n
• A deep understanding of various mental health disorders and proficient in delivering a wide range of therapeutic interventions.

• Proficient in the use of electronic health record systems and other digital tools for documentation and client management.

• Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations, providing stability for clients in crisis.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of building rapport with individuals from varying backgrounds.

• A commitment to upholding professional ethics, confidentiality, and maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n
