Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess clients' needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as necessary to ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients.

• Coordinate and determine appropriate levels of care for clients, collaborating closely with other mental health professionals.

• Complete required documentation and statistical reports to track client progress and outcomes.

• Engage in regular consultations with the Department of Correction to facilitate access to mental health services for incarcerated individuals.

• Lead group therapy sessions on mental health observation units, as well as contributing to team discussions addressing treatment plans.

• Participate in weekly clinical supervision sessions with a Clinical Supervisor, receiving guidance and support in your professional development.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during mental health and medical rounds to ensure holistic patient care.
\n
• Contribute to case conferences and participate in the treatment planning process for clients undergoing mental health services.
\n
• Conduct psychological testing when required and supervise social work interns or student volunteers based on your experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n
