This position allows for a flexible remote work setting, providing you with the opportunity to manage your schedule effectively while meeting patient needs. Our clinic operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on appointments and urgent patient situations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, strengths, and challenges, ultimately developing individualized treatment plans.

• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, using methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate and lead psychoeducational support groups focused on various mental health issues, fostering a sense of community and shared experiences among participants.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare team members to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, addressing all aspects of mental well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization support during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and security of all patients.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment plans, and available community resources, empowering them to participate actively in their recovery process.

• Maintain accurate and secure patient documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Preferred Experience\n
