Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Strong assessment skills and ability to formulate effective treatment strategies that empower client progress.

• Experience with individual therapy, group therapy, and psychoeducational facilitation is preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on communication and empathy.

• Demonstrated sound judgment and critical thinking abilities in clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in mental health therapy is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Elevance Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually for full-time positions.
