This position offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing therapists to engage with clients from the comfort of their homes, or select a hybrid option if preferred. Our standard work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; however, some flexibility may be required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to understand each patient's trauma history, which is essential in devising effective treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies to facilitate trauma recovery and resilience-building, using techniques tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to deliver impactful treatment.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process traumatic experiences and adopt effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic care for each patient, ensuring a unified approach to treatment.

• Offer crisis intervention during urgent situations related to trauma, demonstrating a calm and composed demeanor in stressful settings.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, support systems, and available resources to foster understanding and healing.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and adherence to state regulations.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss treatment progress, share insights, and enhance therapeutic practices across the organization.

• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to continually improve service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington is essential to practice.

• Demonstrated experience (minimum of 2 years post-licensure) in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on trauma-related disorders.

• Robust knowledge of trauma-informed treatment modalities, demonstrating your ability to effectively engage with clients who have complex trauma needs.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to approach clients compassionately and non-judgmentally.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with standard office software.

Compensation and Benefits\n
