Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct trauma-informed mental health assessments, carefully evaluating patients' trauma histories to inform treatment pathways.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, employing calming techniques and resources.

Qualifications\n
