Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Kansas.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related diagnoses, treatment modalities, and strategies for building resilience.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with a strong ability to relate empathetically with clients.

• Experience working effectively under pressure and in high-stress situations.

Preferred Experience\n
