Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide support in a flexible and comfortable setting. Utilizing telehealth technology, you will conduct counseling sessions, ensuring effective communication and connection with clients via secure online platforms. A typical work schedule runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though some flexibility may be required to meet the scheduling needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, ranging from adolescents to older adults, all grappling with a spectrum of mental health issues. Your interventions will cater to clients seeking help for anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and substance use disorders, among others. The remote environment allows for enhanced accessibility and breaks down geographical barriers to ensure that all clients have the opportunity for effective mental health support.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a focus on mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or a related area from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Willow Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
