Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will take on the following key responsibilities:

• Engaging with clients to collaboratively set realistic treatment goals that align with their individual needs.

• Providing therapeutic services that focus on prevention and address various mental health challenges.

• Developing, implementing, and regularly reviewing personalized treatment plans.

• Coordinating with other healthcare providers and referral agencies to ensure holistic care.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation related to client progress and session notes.

• Participating in regular staff meetings to discuss client management strategies and contribute to the team culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients represent a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma-related disorders. You will work with individuals and possibly families, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to their requirements. Understanding community mental health resources will be an advantage as you help clients navigate available supports on their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients.

• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Genuine passion for supporting clients in their mental health journey and fostering their resilience.

Preferred Experience\n

While all experience will be considered, candidates with the following will be given preference:

• A minimum of one year of experience in mental health counseling, including individual and group therapy frameworks.

• Familiarity with community resources to better assist clients in need of additional support.

• Leadership experience in a clinical setting or willingness to take on leadership roles as they arise.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The starting salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and relevant credentials. Additional benefits include:
