Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients through virtual sessions, fostering a therapeutic relationship and aiding in setting and achieving personalized treatment goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to provide prevention-oriented therapy tailored to individual client needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate detailed treatment plans, adjusting as necessary to ensure effective care.

• Collaborate with other treatment providers and community agencies to coordinate care and enhance client support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sessions and treatment progress through our integrated electronic health record system.

• Participate in regular staff meetings to discuss challenges, share insights, and enhance team culture.

• Contribute to the overall environment and culture of the clinic through active participation in team initiatives and activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base comprises a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics issues. By providing culturally sensitive and responsive therapy, you will empower clients from different backgrounds to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Active and full licensure in Washington state as a LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.
\n
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• At least 1 year of clinical experience in mental health counseling or a related area.
\n
• Strong familiarity with community mental health resources and networks to support client referrals.
\n
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, vital for fostering client relationships and maintaining clear documentation.

• Natural rapport-building ability and strong interpersonal skills that encourage client engagement.
\n
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to collaborative efforts.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience utilizing telehealth technologies to conduct therapy sessions effectively over remote platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 per year , commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition, we offer a robust benefits package, including:
