This position offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to balance your professional responsibilities with your personal life. While working from home, you will maintain regular office hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring that you are available when clients need support. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to understand the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals and therapeutic needs, addressing various aspects of their mental health.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver effective interventions that foster positive change.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment processes, and effective self-care strategies to enhance coping skills.

• Regularly monitor and track clients’ therapeutic progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on client feedback and clinical observations.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care.

• Stay current with best practices and advancements in the treatment of mood disorders by attending workshops and reading evidence-based literature relevant to the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be supporting individuals experiencing mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid and active license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
