Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients through virtual sessions to identify their mental health goals and develop tailored treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

• At least 1 year of experience in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
