Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients through virtual therapy sessions to establish personalized treatment goals tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.

• Deliver prevention-oriented therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices to equip clients with effective coping strategies.

• Create, implement, and regularly review comprehensive treatment plans to ensure consistency and progress in therapy.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, community agencies, and placement services to coordinate care for clients and facilitate their overall well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including session notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with clinic standards and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, each presenting varying degrees of mental health challenges. Our focus is on helping clients from all backgrounds achieve their therapeutic goals in an inclusive atmosphere, where they feel valued and understood.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW within Washington State.
\n
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Previous experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating competence in client-centered techniques and crisis intervention.
\n
• Familiarity with community mental health resources and an understanding of local referral systems.
\n
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members alike.
\n
• Ability to establish rapport and trust with various client populations, encouraging them to pursue their health and wellness objectives.

• Demonstrated leadership qualities that foster growth within the team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of direct experience in mental health counseling roles.

• Experience using teletherapy platforms to conduct therapy sessions is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
