Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The licensed mental health counselor will primarily work with clients in the outpatient setting, providing care for a wide spectrum of mental health disorders. The clientele may include individuals grappling with emotional distress, relationship issues, chronic mental illness, and behavioral problems. This role demands a culturally sensitive approach, as you are expected to work with diverse populations, respecting each client's unique background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of two years of related clinical experience is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
