Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health status and needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals and requirements, regularly updating plans based on client progress.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients through teletherapy, employing evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic approaches.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients when necessary, ensuring immediate support and response during high-risk situations.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to remain informed on the latest mental health practices, techniques, and ethical standards.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population of adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and foster therapeutic relationships.
