Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and clinical interviews to create effective and personalized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care, tailored to meet individual client requirements.

• Set clear and achievable therapeutic goals in collaboration with your clients, constantly reviewing and adjusting these objectives based on ongoing assessments of their progress.

• Facilitate teletherapy services using secure video-conferencing software, accommodating clients who require virtual options due to geographical, mobility, or personal preferences.
\n
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with state and federal regulations and our commitment to professionalism.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions, workshops, and peer consultations to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated with current best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will foster a safe and welcoming space for clients, allowing them to explore their feelings and develop coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients’ experiences, fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to effectively manage client caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n
