Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ mental health status and develop tailored therapeutic interventions based on their unique needs.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions—both individual and group—to provide ongoing support and progress monitoring.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities grounded in evidence-based practices to help clients overcome issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Document client progress using electronic health record (EHR) systems rigorously, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulations.

• Coordinate care by referring clients to additional healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, as needed to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Engage in clinical supervision and peer collaboration to share best practices and insights, thus enriching the service delivery within the team.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
