Key Responsibilities\n

• Counsel clients both in individual sessions and group settings to address and overcome personal challenges, including dependencies and life adjustments.

• Maintain the utmost confidentiality of client records and treatment plans.

• Guide clients in developing practical skills and coping strategies, encouraging them to articulate their feelings and experiences while promoting self-awareness and personal growth.

• Collect detailed information about clients through a variety of methods such as interviews, standardized assessments, and observations to create personalized treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
