Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and follow-up evaluations to determine clients' mental health statuses, identifying their specific challenges and needs.

• Develop and customize evidence-based treatment plans, utilizing various therapeutic approaches to address issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring that clients receive support and empowerment as they navigate their mental health journeys.

• Actively monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies as needed to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary, making referrals to specialists such as psychiatrists for additional support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss case developments and receive peer support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve diverse individuals from various backgrounds facing an array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, trauma, relationship issues, and addiction. You will employ culturally responsive practices tailored to the specific needs and sensitivities of each client, ensuring an inclusive and respectful therapeutic relationship that promotes engagement and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.

• Minimum of four years of related clinical experience, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of various mental health disorders and treatments.

• Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to remain composed in challenging situations.

• Proficiency in the use of electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working in telehealth or remote counseling settings.

• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy, with a focus on evidence-based and culturally competent methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
