Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and regular follow-up meetings with clients to evaluate their mental health status, employing diagnostic tools and therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.

• Design and implement a comprehensive treatment plan based on clinical evaluations, ensuring that therapeutic modalities align with each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches to facilitate personal growth and coping strategies, while also incorporating group therapy sessions as appropriate.

• Identify and address clients' barriers to mental health through the use of appropriate referrals to other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists for medication evaluations, if necessary.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records within the EHR system, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.

• Effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability in therapy approaches.

• Participate in ongoing supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on the latest developments in mental health treatment methods.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain ethical standards, professional boundaries, and confidentiality in client relationships.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust quickly with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience delivering therapy in a community health setting with a focus on underrepresented groups.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and culturally responsive practices.

• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills and the ability to defuse potentially volatile situations calmly and effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
