Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions — including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques — to foster resilience and improved mental health in your clientele.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accuracy and upholding our commitment to ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, exchanging insights and strategies to deliver comprehensive care that addresses both mental health and substance use challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients facing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• Experience applying solution-focused psychotherapy techniques to create individualized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mindful Journeys Therapy offers a competitive salary range of $90,000–100,000 per year for full-time positions, with part-time roles offering $50,000–55,000.
