Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ mental health status and needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based strategies for a range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Engage with clients through regular virtual sessions, providing therapy and support while equipping them with skills and tools necessary for overcoming their challenges.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to create a supportive space for sharing experiences and fostering community.

• Refer clients to additional healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and support groups, when appropriate, to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all client interactions in our EHR system in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals dealing with various mental health disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

• A minimum of four years of experience in mental health counseling, ideally with a diversified clinical background.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
