Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status and identify specific therapeutic needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Hold regular therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, providing evidence-based interventions and support to foster recovery and growth.

• Utilize crisis intervention strategies effectively, ensuring client safety, and providing immediate support during critical situations.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and enhance the overall treatment experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges such as substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. You will empower clients from various backgrounds, emphasizing a culturally competent and inclusive approach to therapy, fostering trust and understanding in all interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

• Minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities and a commitment to culturally responsive practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport building with clients and cross-functional teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
