Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, identifying immediate and long-term therapeutic needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique challenges and goals, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to address specific client issues.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress in therapy, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans that reflect their evolving needs.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and resource mobilization.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in accordance with relevant legal and ethical standards, ensuring secure storage and accessibility.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health care providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to offer integrated and holistic care tailored to each client.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health research, methodologies, and best practices, participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.

You will be primarily serving a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.
