Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to understand clients’ mental health and substance use histories.

• Provide supportive therapy using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other approaches suitable for individual patient needs.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient cases and contribute to interdisciplinary care strategies.

• Engage with clients through empathy, empowering them with tools to manage their mental health and recovery concurrently.

• Receive consistent referrals, allowing you to build a full clinical case load within the initial 30 days.

Qualifications\n
