Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments by utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to help clients develop coping strategies and foster emotional resilience.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in alignment with HIPAA regulations, ensuring professional standards and ethical practices are consistently upheld.

• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, meeting regularly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors to discuss cases and share insights that enhance client care.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings, committing to continuous professional development in mental health best practices and therapeutic interventions.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, thus empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
